Summary
Ross and Rachael want to hire a nanny to take care of Emma after Rachael goes back to work. Rachel has hired a male nanny who is sensitive. Therefore Ross doesn't think that is good to hire a male nanny. He thinks that sounds ridiculous. Also, Chandler feels threatened by the colleague Monica says is the “funniest man she knows”, so Chandler starts to say something interesting words or sentences to attract Monica. Chandler hopes he is the most humorous man in Monica's mind.

Reflection:
Rachel and Ross hire a male nanny who is called Sandy to take care of Emma, but he is too sensitive for Ross's comfort. Ross fires him in the end. Although Sandy understand Ross but he wants to know the reason. Ross said because Sandy is too sensitive, just like a girl. I guess if I were a parent now, I would agree to hire a male nanny if he is really good at this, no matter it's "he" or "she". Nowadays, the society should be more equal. But through watching this drama, we can see what the concept in society at that time was.
Furthermore, Joey learns life lessons from the nanny's puppet shows. For example, Sandy asks Joey ''What ship never sinks?" The answer is "friendship". Maybe it is an old joke, but it's my first time to hear this. It's really blow my mind. It just like a keynote of this drama "FRIENDS".
